Abstract
Surface replication behavior of Mg65Cu25Y7Nd3 bulk amorphous alloy in the super-cooled liquid region was examined by using two different Al-Si binary alloys as the parent surface to form the subtle morphology in the surface of bulk amorphous alloy. The results show that surface with complex morphology can be well replicated in the super-cooled liquid region of Mg65Cu25Y7Nd3 bulk amorphous alloy under a load much lower than those applied in other works.
