半固态流变挤压过共晶高铬铸铁组织均匀性分析
摘要
对半固态过共晶高铬铸铁流变挤压成形试样的组织均匀性进行了研究。结果表明
轮状试样轴向从底部到上部
初生碳化物尺寸增大
单位面积内颗粒数目减少
形状因子降低
组织均匀性较差;试样横向从边部到中心部
初生碳化物颗粒平均等效直径、单位面积中碳化物颗粒数目和形状因子均相近
组织均匀性较好。
Abstract
Microstructural homogeneity in hypereutectic high Cr cast iron by semi-solid rheo-extrusion was investigated.The results show that size of primary carbide is increased with decreasing in particles per area and in shape coefficient in wheel samples at axial direction from the bottom to the top
exhibiting obvious imhomogeneity.However
the absence of obvious difference can be observed in average diameters of primary carbide
carbide particles in per area and shape coefficient in the samples at transverse direction from the edge to the heart
showing desirable microstructural homogeneity.
