7055铝合金采用多级固溶处理时
其抗拉强度和屈服强度均得到提高
但伸长率略有降低。金相观察发现
采用多级固溶处理处理的合金
其晶粒明显要细小均匀。
Abstract
Effects of progressive solution treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of 7055 aluminum alloys were investigated. The results reveal that the tensile strength and yield strength of the 7055 aluminum alloy are improved with the slight decrease of elongation after progressive solution treatment. Meanwhile
microstructure of the treated alloy with uniform and fine grain can be observed by OM (optical microscope) and SEM (scanning electron microscope).
