Al2O3-dispersively-strengthened copper alloy sheets were prepared with Cu2O as oxidizer by internal oxidation method. Effects of different Al content (0.14%
0.3%) and different internal oxidation time (3

hardness and microstructure of the sheets were investigated. The results verifiy that with increasing in internal oxidation time
the grain size in the sheets becomes coarser
meanwhile
at a given oxidized time
with increasing in Al content
the thickness internal oxidization layer is decreased with the coarse grain size. In addition
Al2O3 dispersively strengthened copper alloy exhibits acceptable electrical conductivity and high hardness.
