研究了P对原位Mg2Si/Al复合材料显微组织的影响,利用等温热处理的方法成功地得到了基体与增强体双相球化的半固态球状组织,探讨了球化机理。结果表明,P孕育变质后,铸态组织中Mg2Si增强相由粗大的枝晶转变为细小的块状,经过等温热处理后的半固态组织,增强相分布均匀、尺寸细小,均表现为规则的球形,而α-Al的形貌也变得较为圆整。此外,随着热处理保温时间的增加,Mg2Si尺寸没有明显的变化,相反,α-Al的尺寸却有明显的增加。
Effects of P on microstructure of in-situ Mg2Si/Al composites were described,and the composites with spherical semi-solid structure where both the matrix and reinforcement are spheroidized can be successfully prepared by the isothermal heat treatment,meanwhile,the spheroidization mechanism is approached. The results show that with P modification,Mg2Si particle in the as-cast microstructure of the composites is evolved from coarse dendrite into fine block structure. Furthermore,reinforcement with fine size and uniformly distribution exhibits regular spherical structure in the isothermal heat treated semi-solid composites,while morphology of α-Al in the composites also becomes spherical structure. In addition,with increasing in holding time,the hardly any change of Mg2Si size is found,however,the noted size change of α-Al phase can be observed.
