Abstract
Effects of electromagnetic stirring on microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-8Li-3Al alloy were investigated.The results show that tensile strength
elongation and hardness of the alloy are obviously improved by electromagnetic stirring as a result of refining dendrite through improving heat transfer and mass transfer during solidification.With 100V electromagnetic voltage
