能消除上述缺陷。采用该工艺生产薄壁件、复杂件和大型精密件的效果也十分显著
具有充型能力强、铝合金铸件的密度高、金相组织细小、均匀
力学性能大大提高。
Abstract
Shrinkage (hole)porosity and misrun often occur in the investment casting missile engine blade. The above mentioned defects can be eliminated by pressurized vacuum suction casting method. In addition
the technology exhibits the more obvious effects in producing complicated thin-walled aluminum alloy components and large investment castings due to its better filling capacity
greatly improving the microstructure and mechanical properties of the missile engine blade.
