压铸件气体卷入的数值模拟及验证
摘要
采用数值模拟仿真技术
对实际压铸件充型过程气体卷入进行了数值模拟
预测了压铸件中孔洞的形成位置。通过对实际压铸件局部剖面及其在光学显微镜下微观组织的观察
对模拟结果进行了验证。结果表明
孔洞的产生不仅与气体卷入密切相关
而且与凝固过程浇道的早期凝固及压力传递有关。
Abstract
The mold filling and gas entrapment were simulated by a software to predict the forming location of porosities in a practical die castings. Furthermore
macrostructure and microstructure of local section were observed by OM (optical microscope)
which were compared with simulated results. It is found that the porosities are not only dependent on gas entrapment but also on early solidification of gates and pressure transfer in the solidification process.
