讨论了各阶段析出相的形成或转变过程及其强化作用;并就过量的Si、Cu、大塑性变形等对析出相的影响作了探讨。

Abstract

General sequence of aging precipitation of Mg2Si phase

viz.α-sss→GP zone→β″→β’→β in Al-Mg-Si/Al-Si-Mg alloy

was described

and crystal structure models of potential metastable precipitates in the sequence were surveyed.The formation or transformation process of these precipitates and their enhancing effects on the alloys were expounded.In addition

effects of excessive Si

Cu and sever plastic deformation on the precipitation process were approached.
