以ZnO为基础的水基涂料,加入1.5%的硼酸(H3BO3)、1.1%的烷基磺酸钠、2.0%的Na2SiO3,作为铸造镁合金(MB15)金属型用涂料。在浇注过程中,H3BO3和烷基磺酸钠在高温作用下分解产生的CO2能够起到保护金属液体在型腔内不会氧化燃烧的作用。分析了H3BO3、烷基磺酸钠在高温下分解产生的保护效果。
A kind of coating for permanent mold casting MB15 magnesium alloy which is composed of ZnO,1.5% H3BO3 and 1.1% alkyl sodium sulfonate and 2.0% Na2SiO3 has been developed.During pouring process,CO2 decomposed from H3BO3 and alkyl sodium sulfonate at high temperature can prevent liquid metal from oxidation and ignition.The protecting effects of H3BO3 and alkyl sodium sulfonate at high temperature were described.The results verify that the coating exhibits desirable protection for liquid Mg alloy at high temperature.
