对双螺杆制备半固态浆料的工艺过程进行了数值模拟
获得了半固态浆料制备过程中的速度场和应力场
并对双螺杆对浆料的剪切、混合作用进行了讨论。结果表明
双螺杆对浆料的搅拌剪切作用显著
应力沿螺杆轴向不断增加
在螺杆左右两侧呈不对称分布
这可能跟螺杆的旋转方向有关。
Abstract
Based on the computational fluid dynamics (CFD)
the preparation process of semi-solid slurry by twin-screw was simulated to understand the velocity field and stress field in process of preparation
meanwhile
the role of twin-screw in shearing and stirring slurry was approached. The results reveal that twin-screw plays significant role in shearing and stirring slurry. In addition
stress that exhibits asymmetrical distribution at two sides of the screw is increased along the axial direction of the screw
which is possibly related to the rotating direction of screw.
