为了提高搅拌摩擦加工(FSP)处理的效率
研究了试样预热条件下
搅拌摩擦加工参数对AlSi30铝合金宏观质量的影响。在预热温度为150、300、450℃时
搅拌头以不同转速对AlSi30合金试样进行搅拌摩擦。结果表明
高温搅拌摩擦参数对AlSi30铝合金加工表面宏观质量有显著的影响。预热温度和搅拌头转速应该适当搭配
即高温与低转速或者低温与高转速搭配(150℃下1050r/min;300℃下750r/min)
否则试样表面就会出现沟槽缺陷。
Abstract
Effects of processing parameters on macro-appearance of high Si aluminum alloy during frictional stirring process were investigated in condition of preheating samples.Stirring friction on the Al-30Si alloy samples preheated at 150
300
450 ℃
respectively
was conducted with stirring tool at different rotating velocity.The results show that surface macro-appearance of high Si aluminum alloy is closely related to elevated frictional stirring parameters.Preheating temperature for the samples should be appropriately matched with rotating velocity
where high preheating temperature should be matched with lower rotating velocity or lower preheating temperature should be matched with higher rotating velocity
otherwise
grooves defects could be observed in the samples.
