YZM系列圆柱面支座是一种新型铁路桥梁钢支座

采用消失模铸造生产铁路桥梁钢支座有许多优点。提出了消失模工艺生产桥梁钢支座的生产工艺技术要点

及保证生产合格碳钢铸件的生产工艺条件与方法。选用共聚物模样材料

阶梯式浇注系统

顶部设置明冒口等措施

生产出合格铸件

可使综合生产成本降低5%～20%。

Abstract

YZM cylindrical bridge bearing is a new kind of railway bridge cast steel bearing.EPC have many advantages in producing railway bridge cast steel bearing.Key processing parameters and product conditions as well as ways for assuring qualified carbon steel casting by EPC were presented
