基于ProCAST软件模拟
分析了铸造铝合金制动油缸缺陷产生的原因。通过模拟分析可以清楚地看到
浇注温度过低和充型液面上升速度过快是铸件出现气孔的主要原因。对于此类截面积较小且带有凸台结构的铸件
采用卧式浇注方式能使充型液面相对平稳
不容易出现因排气不畅而引起的缺陷;活动型芯能很好地改善铸件中心的散热条件
减小铸件中心和表面的凝固时间差距
从而有效地防止缩孔、缩松的发生。
Abstract
There exist amounts of surface blowhole
shrinkage porosities (holes) in produced aluminum alloy brake oil cylinder
resulting in seriously deteriorating the quality and production rate.Origination of defects occurrence in the brake oil cylinder was analyzed by the ProCast software.The gas hole in the castings is mainly attributed to lower pouring temperature and faster increasing velocity of filling surface.So for the brake oil cylinder with smaller cross section and flange structure
horizontal pouring can smoothly fill the cavity
effectively eliminating the defects resulting from the difficulty to exhaustion.Movable core can narrow the solidification time difference between the center and surface of the castings by greatly improving the heat emission conditions
obviously avoiding the occurrence of shrinkage porosities (holes).
