摘要

阐述了采用Pro/E软件进行复杂熔模铸件的开发流程

对铸件的三维模型设计、快速原形制造、石膏型铸造、模具设计进行了介绍。采用Pro/E软件进行铸件开发可有效缩短开发周期

提高设计质量和铸件质量。

Abstract

The developing procedure of complicated investment casting based on the Pro/E software was described including 3D model design

rapid prototype manufacture

plaster mold manufacture and mould design.The result verifies that the Pro/E software can effective shorten the developing period and improve the designing and casting quality.
