摘要

通过合金成分的改变制备了新型高铝锌基合金。研究了铸态、固溶处理、时效处理条件下该合金的显微组织、力学性能、热膨胀系数。结果表明

稀土的加入可显著提高合金的力学性能

同时提高了合金的尺寸稳定性

且尺寸稳定性明显优于ZA27合金。

Abstract

A new high aluminum Zn-based alloy was prepared by changing alloy composition. Microstructure

mechanical properties and thermal expansion coefficient of the prepared alloy were investigated in condition of as-cast state

solid solution and ageing treatment. The results reveal that mechanical properties and dimensional stability of the alloy can be greatly improved with RE addition

meanwhile

dimensional stability of the alloy containing RE is greatly superior to that of the ZA27 alloy.
