摘要

在单极性脉冲、双极性脉冲、带放电回路的脉冲形式下分别对AZ91D镁合金进行微弧氧化试验。研究不同脉冲形式下微弧氧化的负载电压及电流波形

以及脉冲形式对铸造AZ91D镁合金微弧氧化过程及效率的影响。结果表明

带放电回路的脉冲形式能消除负载电容的影响。其微弧氧化过程稳定

弧点均匀

膜层表面光滑

孔洞均匀、密布

有效提高了成膜效率。

Abstract

Micro-arc oxidation experiments were carried out for AZ91D magnesium alloy by unipolar

ambipolar pulse and discharge circuit to remove output modes to investigate wave types of load voltage and current under different pulse types for micro-arc oxidation and effects on MAO process and efficiency for AZ91D alloy. The results reveal that capacitive load characteristics can be cancelled by using discharge circuit pulse mode

which makes the MAO process stable and arc point uniform

surface of film smooth and gas hole heterogeneous and compact

effectively improving the film efficiency.
