从精密铸造的型壳温度、浇注温度、细化剂粒度和含量、凝固方法、组合方式、型壳材料和厚度
以及型壳造型等方面
分析了各因素对涡轮叶片等轴晶粒度的影响
并结合实际生产提出了主要的控制方法和工艺参数
为进一步优化工艺、提高产品质量提供了一定的理论指导和参考。
Abstract
Effects of different factors on grain rate of turbine blade with equaixed grain were analyzed
including mold shell temperature
pouring temperature
particle size and content of refiner
solidification ways
compound ways
shell mold material and thickness as well as mold-making. Combining production product
main control measures and processing parameters were presented
which could provide a reference to further optimize process and improve quality of components.
