Electrolyte concentration in micro-arc oxidation on sand-blasting magnesium alloy was optimized by orthogonal testing.Effects of component concentration on properties of micro-arc oxide film were approached
and the morphology
chemical composition and phase structure were analyzed by SEM(scanning electron microscope)
EDS(energy dispersive spectrometer)
XRD(X-ray diffraction). The results show that optimal electrolyte concentration is as follows:15g/L Na2SiO3·7H2O
6g/L KF·H2O
9 g/LKOH
10mL/L C3H2(OH)3.Surface morphology of film inherits the sand-blasting’s ones.Oxide film consists of ceramic layer with a great deal of uniform discharge hole with diameters in range of 0.2~1.5 μm
