并应用射流理论
讨论了充型过程中影响充型形态的因素
进而指出最佳充型速度应是逐渐加速的;其次从流体力学的角度
对金属液充型过程进行分析
从理论上确定了最佳充型速度应满足的条件;最后
应用导出的方程对具体实例进行计算分析
得出某薄壁平板铸件的最佳充型速度。
Two kinds of filling morphologies existed in filling process of indirect squeezing casting thin-walled components were described
and factors influencing filling morphology were approached on the basis of jet theory. Furthermore
it was pointed out that optimal filling velocity should be gradually accelerated. In addition
from the view point of fluid kinetics
the filling process of liquid metal was analyzed
and the conditions that the optimal filling velocity should be satisfied were determined theoretically. Finally
as an example
the optimal filling velocity of a thin-walled component was presented by the equation.
