以SiO2为原材料制备了Al2O3P/Al-Si复合材料
利用OM
SEM
XRD等分析了复合材料的组织、生成的相以及相的大小、形状与分布。结果表明
Al2O3颗粒主要分布在晶界处Al-Si共晶组织中
颗粒大小约为1μm。原位生成的Si与Al形成的共晶组织不再以针片状形式存在
而是呈粒状
尺寸为0.3~1.5μm。
Abstract
Al2O3p/Al-Si composites were prepared with SiO2 as raw materials by liquid phase contact reaction technique.Microstructure
constituent
size and shape as well as distribution of created phase in the prepared composites were investigated by OM (optical microscope)
SEM (scanning electron microscope) and XRD (X-ray diffraction).The results reveal that Al2O3 particle with approximately 1 μm in size is mainly distributed in the Al-Si eutectic structure at grain boundary.In-situ Al-Si eutectic phase with 0.3~1.5μm in size exists in particle instead of in needle structure.
