Abstract
Production process of lost foam casting steel claw was modified including adopting top pouring and setting blind riser at interfacial position of two arms with claw of the steel claw
which not only simplifyied the complex milling process and increased product efficiency but also decreased product cost and enhanced economic profit and market competition.Meanwhile
the technology could meet the requirements of save-energy and environmental protection for foundry trade.The practical production verifies the feasibility of the method.
