在室温及温度为300~450℃,应变速率为0.1s-1的条件下,在WDW-E200拉伸机上采用单向拉伸试验对喷射沉积SiCp/7090Al复合材料轧制板材的力学性能及变形行为进行了研究,并对不同温度下复合材料的显微组织、力学性能和断口形貌进行了分析。结果表明,SiCp/7090Al复合材料板材拉伸流变应力随着变形温度的升高而减小,同时,随着拉伸温度的升高,SiCp与Al基体界面被弱化,拔断的SiCp逐渐减少;但复合材料的伸长率不断增大,伸长率由3.0%增加到85.07%。
Mechanical properties and deformation behavior of sprayed-deposited SiCp/7090Al composites rolling sheet were investigated by uniaxial tensile testing on WDW-E200 tensile tester at ambient temperature and 300450 ℃ with stain rate of 0.1s-1. Meanwhile,microstructure,mechanical properties and fractographies of the composites at different tensile temperatures were also observed. The results show that tensile flow stress in the composites sheet is decreased with increasing in deformation temperature. In addition,interface of Al/SiC is weakened and particle breakage is reduced with tensile temperature increase,while the elongation of the composites is increased from 3.0% to 85.07%.
