根据铝合金放大镜框的特点,设计了放大镜框压铸模。论述了压铸模结构特点和工作原理。该模具一模两腔,矩形截面侧浇口浇注,收缩型芯内抽芯和旋转型芯脱螺纹。成形铸件孔壁环形凹槽的型芯由6个大扇瓣块和6个小扇瓣块组合而成,通过大、小扇瓣块相对运动,使12扇瓣块径向内移,实现环形凹槽抽芯。同时利用开模力,通过齿轮-齿条传动,使横向螺纹型芯旋转脱螺纹。模具结构紧凑,工作可靠,操作方便,生产效率高,生产的铸件精度高。
According to its characteristics,a die casting die for aluminum alloy magnifier frame was designed.Structure characteristics and working principle of the die were described.Some design was adopted in the die,such as one mould-two cavities and side-gating system with rectangular cross section for feeding,contracting core for core pulling and rotating core for thread demoulding.Core that forms loop groove of hole-wall of the castings is designed of 6 large sector segments and 6 small sector segment,which realizes the core-pulling of loop groove by relative motion of large and small sector segment making 12 sector segment move inside along radial direction.Meanwhile,with the help of open-mould force to transmit gear-rack mechanism,thread demoulding can be realized by rotating horizontal thread core.The die exhibits advantages of compact structure,reliable working performance,high efficiency and high product precision.
