耐热稀土镁合金活塞金属型铸造过程模拟分析
摘要
运用Anycasting商用铸造软件对耐热稀土镁合金活塞的金属型铸造过程进行了数值模拟
研究了充型和凝固过程中的温度场分布
预测了铸造过程中出现的各种缺陷。发现在活塞头部易出现氧化夹杂
而在活塞的本体与补缩冒口连接处易出现缩孔疏松缺陷
模拟结果与实际浇注活塞的结果相符合。
Abstract
The gravity casting process for heat resistant Mg-RE alloy piston was simulated by the Anycasting software. Temperature field distribution during the filling and solidification process were simulated
and various potential defects which occured in the casting process were visualized. The simulated results are well in agreement with the practical ones. It is found that oxide inclusion easily appears in the piston head
and the shrinkage porosity (hole) easily occurs near junction location between piston body and feeding head.
