摘要

针对一些工厂实际生产状况

分析了铸铁件消失模铸造生产中常见的"白色缺陷"（铸型损坏、粘砂、光亮碳缺陷、气孔和夹渣、塌箱、冷隔、皱皮、针刺等缺陷）

并对这些常见缺陷提出了一些相应的解决措施。

Abstract

Aiming at practical production conditions at some plants

the common defects in EPC （expendable pattern casting） iron castings were analyzed

and countermeasures were presented.The practical production verifies that the analysis and countermeasures are available..
