分别利用挤压铸造和压铸成形了ADC12铝合金连杆端盖零件
并且研究了压铸和挤压铸造对其力学性能和微观组织的影响。结果表明
利用压铸成形的ADC12铝合金连杆端盖的力学性能较挤压铸造的连杆端盖的力学性能低
并且其微观组织中存在明显偏析。而挤压铸造的连杆端盖零件的微观组织非常致密
其抗拉强度达到367MPa
伸长率达到6.4%
硬度(HRB)达到64~66。
Abstract
The microstructure and mechanical properties of ADC12 aluminum alloy connecting rod cap produced by die casting and by squeezing casting was comparatively studied. The results reveal that mechanical properties of the squeezing casting connecting rod cap are obviously superior to those of die casting ones. There exists obvious segregation in the microstructure of die casting connecting rod cap
while it exhibits compact structure in squeezing casting ones
so tensile strength
elongation and hardness (HRB) reach up to 367MPa
6.4% and 64
