研究了Cu对砂型铸造Al-Si-Cu-Ni合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明
随着Cu含量的增加
合金中Al-Ni-Cu相和CuAl2相增加
同时合金的室温、高温(250℃)强度提高
伸长率下降。
Abstract
Effects of Cu on microstructure and mechanical properties of sand casting Al-Si-Cu-Ni alloy were analyzed by tensile testing
hardness testing and OM (optical microscope) and energy spectrum analysis. It is found that with increasing in Cu content
Al-Ni-Cu phase and CuAl2 phase in the alloy are increased
which results in the improvement of tensile strength of the alloy at room temperature and at 250℃ and decrease of elongation of the alloy.
