通过对TC4钛合金电子束冷床熔炼过程的热平衡进行计算
确定了熔炼速度与电子束功率之间的关系。建立了数学模型来描述电子束冷床熔炼过程中Al元素的挥发动力学
并利用该模型计算了不同熔炼工艺参数(熔炼速度、初始原料中Al含量)下铸锭中最终Al含量。此外
通过试验来验证该模型
结果表明
该数学模型合理可靠
预测的结果准确可信。
Abstract
Relationship between melting velocity and electron beam power was determined by calculating thermal balance during melting TC4 alloy by electron beam cold hearth.An mathematical model was established to describe volatilization kinetics of Al element in TC4 alloy
and final Al content in the ingot at different melting parameters including melting velocity
Al content in initial raw materials was calculated by the model.The simulated results are well in agreement with experimental ones
verifying the reliability of the model.
