铸造活塞耐磨环粘接问题原因浅析

结合生产实际
分析验证耐磨环的前处理、渗铝液质量、浇注人员的操作方法对活塞耐磨环粘接质量的影响。验证结果显示
耐磨环前处理后
一方面要保证耐磨环的清洁
另一方面
需严格控制储存时间
防止耐磨环锈蚀;在生产过程中需合理控制渗铝液的使用时间
避免渗铝液中的铁含量及含气量过高而影响耐磨环的粘接品质;耐磨环在放入及取出渗铝液前
需将耐磨环运行区域的氧化皮刮开
以防止氧化皮粘附在其表面形成黑色氧化膜粘接缺陷;此外
提高浇注人员的技能
缩短耐磨环的转移时间
可有效避免二重合金的粘接缺陷品的出现。根据验证结果
将这些过程进行了标准化并严格执行
且定期对浇注人员进行技能培训及考核
有效地减少了铸造不良品
提高了活塞的铸造合格率。
Abstract
Based on practical production
effects of pre-treatment of wear resistant ring
quality of liquid Al alloy
operation programs of the worker on the bonding quality of wear resistant ring in the piston were analyzed. After pre-treatment for wear resistant ring
on the one hand
cleanness of the wear resistant ring should be ensured
on the other hand
storage time should be strictly controlled to prevent erosion from the wear resistant ring. During production process
time of infiltrated-liquid aluminum alloy should be rationally controlled to avoid high Fe content and gas content in the liquid alloy influencing bonding quality of wear resistant ring. Before putting in or taking out wear resistant ring from the liquid Al alloy
oxidized film on working region of wear resistant ring should be cut to avoid oxide film adhering surface to form black oxide film defects. In addition
skills of worker should be improved to shorten transferring time of wear resistant ring
which could decrease the bonding defects of alloy. Based on above methods
the programs were set standard and strictly implemented
effectively decreasing scrap rate of the castings.
