Abstract
Ejection of cylindrical gear needs a larger ejecting force
but the area of ring end face for push is small
which results in the easy deformation during pulling castings.The die casting die for cylindrical gear with inside and outside two ejector sleeves for pushing out parts at one time is designed to ensure non-distortion and non-mark during pushing parts.Structure characteristics and operation principle of the die were described.Claw type gate and inside-outside two ejector sleeves were adopted in the die to realize uniform exerted force and low specific pressure during pushing castings.Finally
there is no mark on the cylindrical gear castings.
