针对铸件结构复杂、面积大、壁薄的特点

模具采用二次分型

侧浇口进料

斜销定模侧抽芯。共设置8处溢流槽

容量最大的溢流槽设在成型滑块上

由此解决了铸件脱模困难的问题。

In accordance with the characteristics of thin wall

large wrapping area and structure complexity

the side gate feeding

a mechanism with a angle pin and a side for side core pushing were adopted in castings. There were 8 overflow wells in the mould

and overflow well with maximum capacity was set on the molding slide

resolving the mould release.
