摘要

概述了在熔模铸造硅溶胶型壳工艺的实际生产中

将易割浇口应用到小型奥氏体不锈钢精铸件中的情况。通过专用落件工具落件

既能保证产品品质

又能降低成本、提高生产效率。提出了易割浇口和落件工具在应用中的注意事项。

Abstract

Application of easily-cutting riser in small austenite stainless steel investment castings was introduced briefly.Special tool was used to take out casting

which not only ensures the quality of the castings

but also decrease cost and increase the production efficiency.The notes in application of easily-cutting riser and taking-out tool were presented.
