伸长率达到7.1%。工艺参数对挤压铸造连杆的力学性能有着较大影响
为获得表面品质较好、微观组织致密且力学性能高的连杆零件
适宜的模具预热温度为300℃
加压前停留时间为8s
浇注温度为700℃
比压为322MPa。
Abstract
Effects of processing parameters on mechanical properties of squeezing casting ADC12 aluminum alloy connecting rod were investigated by universal materials testing machine and OM (optical microscope).The results reveal that squeezing casting connecting rod exhibits acceptable surface quality and mechanical properties
and tensile strength and elongation reach up to 371 MPa and 7.1%
respectively.Mechanical properties of the connecting rod are obviously affected by squeezing casting parameters.The connecting rod with acceptable surface quality and mechanical properties can be obtained with preheating mould at 300 ℃ and pouring at 700℃
delaying for 8 s before pressurization and pressurizing for 322MPa.
