摘要

通过对大型铝青铜衬套的离心铸造

介绍了在我公司离心机设备的极限状态下

设备参数与铸型参数的匹配、铸型参数与铸件参数的匹配以及离心铸造工艺参数之间的匹配关系

讨论了铸型在加工过程中产生偏心时能否继续用于离心铸造

还对预防大型铝青铜衬套离心铸造生产中易产生的缺陷进行了探讨。

Abstract

Large Al bronze bush was produced by centrifugal casting. Matching relationship between equipment parameters and mould parameters

between mould parameters and bush parameters as well as among centrifugal casting parameters were described in condition of limited state of centrifugal machine. Possibility of centrifugal casting for mould with occurrence of offcenter was discussed during process. Meanwhile

prevention of defects in centrifugal casting large Al bronze bush was introduced.
