SiCp particle reinforced magnesium matrix composites were prepared for electronic packaging field by high intensity ultrasonic method.Effects of some parameters
such as particle
temperature
particle size
and particle volumetric fraction
on thermal expansion behavior of the composites were described.The results show that thermal expansion coefficient of the composites is decreased with addition of particle
and it is changed with varying in temperature.Meanwhile
with decreasing in particle size and increasing in volumetric fraction
thermal expansion coefficient of the composites is decreased.
