对特大型铝合金导体(气密性铸件)金属型低压铸造与砂型铸造进行了对比分析。通过制定合理加压工艺参数
增加铸造工艺补增量以及合理布置冷铁
获得了致密铸件。通过制定合理充型工艺参数
加强金属型排气和对冷铁处理
有效地控制了气孔的产生。组装后试验完全合格。
Abstract
It is a problem in solidification control and gas control for low pressure casting metal mold super-large aluminum alloy conductor (air tightness part)
compared to sand casting. Through setting rational pressure-applied parameters
adding processing supplement and setting rational chill
the conductor with compact structure can be produced. Meanwhile
gas hole in the conductor can be effectively eliminated by selecting rational filling parameters and enhancing exhaustion of metal mold as well as treating chill. The conductor passes examination after assembling.
