A control system for realizing temperature
fluid position height and pulling velocity during Ohno continuous casting process was described
which was composed of AI-808 artificial intelligent temperature controller with fuzzy self regulating to decide PID control function
touchscreen and PLC.The practical application shows that the control system exhibits the advantages of simple operation
reliable work and short developing period
friendly man-computer interface as well as subjected to adverse circumstance.
