通过对铸态、固溶态和固溶+时效态的颗粒增强Al-20Si-5Mg合金复合材料离心铸造气缸套,以及汽车、摩托车铸铁气缸套进行硬度(HRB)、不同工况下耐磨性测试分析和显微组织观察。结果表明,颗粒增强Al-20Si-5Mg合金复合材料气缸套的平均硬度比灰铸铁气缸套的平均硬度低;随着外加载荷的增加,颗粒增强过共晶铝硅合金复合材料气缸套耐磨层中,干摩擦条件下铸态、固溶态及时效态的耐磨性能明显优于铸铁气缸套,湿摩擦条件下,在高载荷(300和400N)时,铸态、固溶态及时效态耐磨性能略优于铸铁气缸套。
Hardness (HRB) and wear resistance as well as microstructure under different conditions were investigated on as-cast, solid solution and solid solution +aging centrifugal casting particle reinforced Al-20Si-5Mg composites cylinder liner, which were also comparatively analyzed with those of cast iron cylinder liner for automobile and motorcycle. The results show that average hardness of particle reinforced Al-20Si-5Mg composites cylinder liner is lower than that of cast iron ones. However, with increasing in loading, under dry sliding condition, wear resistance of the composites cylinder liner at as-cast, solid solution and solid solution +aging state is apparently superior to that of cast iron ones, while under wet condition, with high loading, such as 300N and 400N, it is slightly better than that of cast iron ones.
