利用华铸CAE对某电机壳球铁铸件的几种砂型铸造工艺进行了模拟分析。通过对不同模拟结果的缩孔、缩松分析预测

最终确定最佳工艺方案

达到工艺优化的目的。

Abstract

Different casting processes of sand casting ductile iron electrical engine shell were visualized based on Huazhu CAE.Through predicting shrinkage porosity and shrinkage hole in the shell at different processes

optimized processing design was determined.
