AlCoCrCuFeNix高熵合金的压缩性能及断口分析
摘要
对AlCoCrCuFeNix高熵合金的压缩性能进行测试
然后再利用SEM分析其断裂情况。结果表明
合金的屈服强度和抗压强度都是一个由低到高再到低的变化过程
其中AlCoCrCuFeNi的综合性能最佳。随着Ni含量增加
压缩断口由解理断裂演化到准解理断裂
然后再到延性断裂
合金亦由脆性材料逐渐转变成塑性材料。
Abstract
Compression behavior and fracture morphology of AlCoCrCuFeNix high entropy alloy were investigated by compressive testing and SEM (scanning electron microscope) observation. The results show that both yield strength and compression strength of the alloy are firstly increased and then decreased
and AlCoCrCuFeNi alloy exhibits desirable comprehensive performance. With increasing in Ni content
fracture morphology is evolved from cleavage fracture to quasi-cleavage one and then to ductile one
meanwhile
the alloy is transformed from brittle into ductile ones.
