Effects of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of Cu-0.8Cr-0.2Zr alloy were investigated by OM(optical microscope)
TEM(transmission electron microscope)and tensile testing
electrical conductivity measurements.Effects of 70% cold deformation
aging
annealing on strength of the alloy were analyzed by comparing tensile and electrical conductivity in condition of solid solution
solid solution +cold rolling+aging
solid solution+aging+cold rolling+annealling.The results show that effects of strength and electrical conductivity of the alloy after 70% cold deformation
aging and annealing are 163 MPa
177MPa
-162MPa and-15.08MS/m
21.75 MS/m
2.99MS/m
respectively.Strength and electrical conductivity of the alloy treated by solid solution +cold rolling+aging are 529MPa and 49.36MS/m
