在AM60镁合金中加入Si-Ca合金后
借助OM和SEM进行了显微组织观察。结果表明
适量的Si-Ca合金加入后
合金中形成了弥散分布的呈规则多边形状的Mg2Si颗粒
晶粒明显细化
Mg17Al12相更容易独立生长形成离异共晶
且分布也更加弥散。另外
探讨了Si-Ca合金对AM60镁合金凝固过程的影响
分析了合金显微组织改善的原因。
Abstract
Effects of Si-Ca alloy on microstructure of AM60 magnesium alloy were observed by OM(optical microscope) and SEM(scanning electron microscope).The results indicate that with approximate Si-Ca alloy addition
grain size in the alloy is obviously refined
which is attributed to the generation of dispersedly distributed regular polygonal type Mg2Si phase
meanwhile
β-Mg17Al12 phase more easily form divorced eutectic structure with more dispersedly distribution.Effects of Si-Ca alloy on solidification of AM60 alloy were approached
and improvement mechanism of microstructure in the alloy was analyzed.
