Abstract
A new pressure control system for differential pressure casting was developed by modular design.The modular design system
which is divided into relatively independent modules for meeting the reguirements of the various function to achieve
has a clear structure.Fixed joint was used to link modules.The software exhibits easy operation.Independent modules and fixed joint ensure accessibility and scalability
reducing the difficulty of development and post-maintenance
meanwhile
it makes the computer control system stable and a reliable operation
so it is easier to implement various types of special requirement of users.The differential-pressure casting control system based on the software can realize the control and monitoring of the full-process.The system passed the practical testing and was applied.
