利用2TiC-Ti-Al体系的原位放热反应制备TiC/Ti3AlC2复合材料。借助XRD和SEM分析不同合成温度对应产物的相组成和微观结构,并测量其密度和抗压强度。结果表明,随着合成温度的升高,Ti3AlC2含量减小,TiC杂质相含量增大,层状或板状Ti3AlC2组织减少,大颗粒状TiC显著增多。经1350℃烧结后,合成产物中Ti3AlC2含量相对较高,其密度和抗压强度达4.03g/cm3和111.29MPa。
TiC/Ti3AlC2 composites were prepared by in-situ synthesis in 2TiC-Ti-Al system.Phase constituent and microstructure of the reactive products at different synthesized temperatures were observed by XRD(X-ray diffraction) and SEM(scanning electron microscope),and its density and compressive strength were measured.The results reveal that with increasing in reactive temperature,Ti3AlC2 phase content is decreased and TiC phase content increased,meanwhile,lamellar or layered Ti3AlC2 phase is decreased and larger TiC particle is greatly increased.With sintering at 1350℃,Ti3AlC2 phase content is higher,and density and compressive strength of the composites reach 4.03g/cm3 and 111.29MPa,respectively.
