压铸传动轴支架气(缩)孔的改善
摘要
由于压铸模结构所限
传动轴支架I有两处35mm×10mm的沉台无法压铸出底孔
全部由机加工成形
容易在机加工后产生较大气(缩)孔。针对两处的不同特点
分别采用成形镶件和增加辅助浇道的方法进行改进
达到了降低气(缩)孔废品率的目的。
Abstract
It is difficult to produce bottom hole in two bearings with 35 mm in diameters and 10 mm in length on the transmission shaft bracket by die casting due to its limit of die casting die structure
so the bottom hole was formed by machining operation
which resulted in the occurrence of large gas (shrinkage) hole in worked bearing. Aiming at the features of the bearing
gas (shrinkage) hole was decreased or eliminated by adopting coordinate-ingate and inlay.
