简述了压铸模具试模的目的及操作注意事项,阐述了试模工艺参数对压铸件品质的影响以及参数调整要领。通过模具实例介绍了压铸模具试模件缺陷的分析思路及处理方法。

Abstract

Purpose and operation key notes of trialed-mould of die casting die were described briefly. Effects of processing parameters on quality of the castings and principle of parameter adjustment were approached. Defects in die casting trialed-parts were analyzed, and countermeasures were presented.
