在此基础上向混合料中加入各种添加剂(减水剂、MgSO4、Na3PO4、尿素)以改善其性能
并进行了实际零件的浇注。试验研究得出水溶性石膏型的适宜配比为:石膏与填料质量比为1:1
减水剂、MgSO4、Na3PO4的加入量(质量分数)分别为1.0%、20%、0.10%~0.15%
尿素与石膏质量比为1:10
浇注试验显示本研究的石膏型能够铸造出质量优异的镁合金铸件。
Abstract
Effects of mixed filler of high bauxite and quartz on the properties of gypsum mixture were investigated to determine the rational proportion of gypsum and filler.And then several additives such as polycarboxylic acid type water-reducer
MgSO4
Na3PO4
and CO(NH2)2 were added into the gypsum mixture to improve its properties.Meanwhile
the pouring experiment was implemented.The optimal proportion was obtained by the experiment.The proportion of gypsum and filler is 1:1
and water-reducer addition
MgSO4 and Na3PO4 are 1.0%

respectively
and proportion of CO(NH2)2 and gypsum is 1:10.The pouring experiment show that the designed gypsum mould can be suitable for producing the magnesium alloy parts with excellent quality.
