ZrO2-Al2O3蜂窝陶瓷/高铬铸铁复合工艺的研究
摘要
制备了ZrO2-Al2O3复相蜂窝陶瓷增强高铬铸铁基复合材料
研究了复合工艺对结合界面及性能的影响。结果表明
ZrO2-Al2O3陶瓷表面镀Ni和金属基体中加入活性元素Ti的工艺复合处理的试样界面结合好
综合性能较高;经1050℃淬火+350℃回火处理后
其冲击韧度为5.2J/cm2
界面结合处的显微硬度(HV)为505.7
该复合材料的相对耐磨性为高铬铸铁的2.8倍。
Abstract
ZrO2-Al2O3 honeycomb ceramic reinforced high Cr cast iron matrix composites were prepared by composite processing
and effects of composite processing on bonding interface and its properties were investigated.The results show that the composites exhibit desirable bonding interface and comprehensive performance by composite processing
where ZrO2-Al2O3 ceramic surface is nickelized and metal matrix is added with Ti.Impact toughness of the composites with quenching at 1050℃ and tempering at 350℃ reaches up to 5.2J/cm2
and micro-hardness at interface is 505.7
which improves greatly the relative wear resistance by 2.8 times compared to that of high Cr cast iron.
