氧含量不大于0.0005%
电导率不小于58.58MS/m
抗拉强度为235MPa
伸长率为50.5%。
Abstract
Production technology of continuous conforming for oxygen-free copper strip was introduced. Adopting large continuous conforming equipment
reversible cold roller with high precision and finished annealing furnace
oxygen-free copper strip was produced successfully. In the copper strip
Cu and Ag content is more than 99.99%
and oxygen content is less than 0.0005%
and electric conductivity is more than 58.58 MS/m with tensile strength of 235 MPa and elongation of 50.5%. The technology exhibits the advantages of short procedure
high efficiency and high production yield as well as low cost.
